Long story short I had 2 dealerships I was in deep negotiations with. And the following day dealer "A" had sold the truck. Enter Alan Jay of Wauchula. I had seen their truck initially but thought it was going to be out of my price range so I never reached out. Needing another offer to compete with dealer "B" I reached out to Alan Jay and no lie within 2 or 3 back and forth texts they were at the number I needed. And they offered a very fair amount for my trade. The icing was during financing my rate was actually lower than than initially quoted so my payment was even better! Amazing experience!

Awesome experience. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. They made the process of buying a new vehicle easier. They even made popcorn for my kids while we were signing papers. Would definitely recommend and do business again

Picked up my truck to bring it to another shop to be fixed today after this repair shop had it for 4 months. I dropped it off and spoke with two different guys there and told them that, when i put it in drive it goes into manual fourth. I called every week to ask about the progress and got the run around every time. after having it for 2 and a half month they called me and stated the truck needed a sensors and key fob, said ok. they said the work would cost 1600 dollars. After they changed them they called and said we have the truck starting are you bringing it into another shop, when we put it in drive it drops to fourth. Excuse me sir? that is why I brought it to you. So they charged me 1700 and fixed things that i didn't have problems with and had the truck for 4 months. when I called for the last time 3 days ago they basically told me my truck was on the back burner and they would get to it when they get to it. NEVER ever received a call from them until the last day it was there. I had to chase them around for answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

This is my second vehicle purchase at Alan Jay of Wauchula (which probably says it all). Great sales staff and management make it very easy to get the transaction done. Perfect delivery service. Got my Ram optioned exactly as I wanted and did most everything over the phone, and by text and email.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional salesperson helped me find the right vehicle... Patient, and not pushy.
