Service was o.k. and some things were not clear, but I manage with what was done to the car.
My first and the only one reasons for be extremely satisfied with service is advisor James Swanson. We had a chance to be under his care last two visits and we are very happy with service and how he is representing the Nissan Maus company to the customers. He cares about clients car needs, he explained everything with patience and details. He is also very pleasant person and treat's customers with respect and very kind. Many of working there employees could be professional like James. He deserves a good pay increase and promotion for their skills and commitment to offering Nissan Maus services to customers.
