I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the vehicles at South County Jeep! Matt, my sales person did a fantastic job always answers my calls regardless of when! I brought my vehicle in for recall repairs, they suggested nearly $2k in additional repairs... thing is they listed things that I recently had either repaired/replaced a few weeks prior or had checked via wellness appointment two months prior when I purchased the vehicle. So I brought it to another mechanic for a second opinion out of curiosity since a few of the items could be safety issues... the second opinion said that literally no repairs were required. That all things sited were in good working order.
Just bought an Equinox. I called the dealer to see if the vehicle was available and spoke with Marino. He was very helpful and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. He asked what we would like to see the car. After setting the appointment he said he would have the car cleaned up and ready. We pulled into the dealership and there was our Equinox all bright and shiny. Marino met us, we drove the vehicle snd fell In love with it. We loved the professionalism from Marino and the finance department. They wanted to be sure we were comfortable and kept us updated every step in the process. THEY MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Way to go gentlemen!!

I purchased a brand new 2023 Gladiator from South County Dodge in May and had a positive purchase experience. However, with only 5,000 miles on the vehicle and no modifications or off-road use, we experienced the dreaded "death wobble," which can be quite frightening. I reached out to Sara, the service manager, several times, but she informed me that they couldn't schedule me in until January. This lack of urgency and inability to resolve the issue left me extremely dissatisfied. It seems that South County Dodge does not value customer relationships. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.
Best car buying experience! Chorba, James, Ken and Tonya we're amazing on the buying/trade in and finance end and Steve in the body shop was wonderful after someone decided to hit me and leave. Best place ever!!!
