We absolutely love Billy and the Mazda team! He sold us our CX-5, our CX-9, and when the CX-90 comes out we’ll be back in for some more fun haha. Seriously he’s a true asset to the Mazda family… he’s personable, professional, but always treats us like old friends.

They give you updates as you wait and explain all work being done. I highly recommend this dealership for the sale and service after the sale.

The worst service experience I have ever had at Gerald Jones Mazda. Service manager B Timmerman was very unprofessional(he greet me with a long face and did not want to get up from his chair the whole time I was there). I would not recommend this place to anyone esp for the Service. They will try to rip you off right at the spot.
