I brought my truck into service in April 2024 due to having a leaking head gasket. They took the truck in and diagnosed it to have a bad head gasket. That what was already established. They quoted me $11,000 to replace the engine instead of just doing the head gasket. Which I finally got a price for them to do which was 4500. So I told them to do it. They called me back 3 days later and said they didn’t want to do it and to take it to someone else. So ended up losing 2 weeks pay cause of downtime and still didn’t have my truck fixed. Ended up just doing it myself and now have 12000 more miles on it and truck is running great no thanks to this company.
Took my Wrangler in for warranty work 6 months ago. Was told the claim was being submitted. I’ve called trying to get an update for 6 months with no communication. Drove in today to get answers. No one there can tell me if the claim has been submitted. I was also informed they no longer want to do warranty work…..information I could have used 6 months ago. Terrible to deal with. No communication. Indifferent to the customer. Not sure how they’ve been able to keep their dealership. Avoid at all costs. Look up their Google reviews. Same story for years.

James really made the whole experience. It didnt feel like I was there forever, and it wasn't like I was rushed or pressured either. Nice, quick, and easy!
First, the buying process was amazing. Easy, quick and done. Now the bad... I have a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the Gorilla Glass. My windshield took a rock hit 2 days before my first visit to the dealer for service. No problem, its covered by a 2 year warranty. I take the vehicle in and the issue is reported and pictures are taken. I wait a few weeks and get a call from John Lovett where he says the claim was denied, like another customer they had with the same issue. He advised he would try and help and look for another option. to get the claim covered. He also said he would send me all the claim documents so I could pursue as well. He lied to me 6 times about sending me the claim correspondence. I then spoke with Dave Davis and he told me they would not be sending me anything and the claim was denied. I called Mopar, and per the rep, no claim was found. Dave Davis is a very rude, combative and unhelpful. The service side of this dealership is lacking in follow-through and flat out lied to me multiple times. It is despicable the way these people lie and operate like they have nothing to lose and could not care less about customer service.
It’s the best dealership I have ever done business with. No pushy vibe and everyone was so friendly. It was very clean and welcoming. I will come here from here on out with my vehicle purchases.
