My experience at this dealership was very positive. I purchased a used vehicle here. The sales staff was fair and nice (J.R. Street) and it all went well. It was purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. I was able to leave it at the dealership until Christmas Eve when I picked it up (they were closed as it was Sunday). Car was clean and ready. My only issue was it had an AirBag warning before I purchased. They said they had fixed it before I picked it up, yet when I picked it up, it was still on. I left a message, but have not heard back (now about 2 weeks). I'm guessing it is not legal for a dealership to sell a vehicle which has a defective safety issue, but I'm not sure.

A casual search revealed a car my wife had re-wanted since we sold our last one (H2). I was not specifically looking as we already have more cars then drivers. I contacted the dealership and was treated fairly via text. I looked at the car and ended up buying it. I was very happy with the salesman, J.R. Street. Super nice, honest and upfront. They held the car until Christmas Eve for me as this was a present. J.R. had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I picked it up from the closed lot. You have to go through 'Finance,' even if you're not financing. Both Matt and Doug were great. I would definitely go back here if I was looking for another vehicle.

Very disappointed in how I was tricked on my monthly payment. Originally the payment was 390.-ish until I said I can not do. At the end they offered an awesome offer you would think at first until you realize it is the same exact amount on the first offer of the 390-ish regarding a warranty. Yep. They got me!

When you call it takes them so long to answer. Then when they answer and transfer your call to service very rarely does anyone answer. When you ask for a call back very rarely does anyone. Need much improvement for customer service

I can not say enough about this dealership. Michael and Glen went beyond what another dealership would have. I had to trade my dream truck because unfortunately due to a health reason I was unable to get up in it safely anymore. Broke my heart after looking a year for this truck . Find what I think will be a great vehicle from another dealership work the deal it arrives. Bad is all I can say, the other dealership I feel let us down they should have been more honest. Here I am thinking I have traded a new truck perfect condition and I have now a nightmare. Let me tell you they could not have been nicer told me drive it till we find the perfect for you vehicle NO MATTER how long it takes. THEY DID !!! They made sure it was one I could get in and out easy. Able to store anything I may need to load health wise later. We looked at countless vehicles and I DO MEAN ALOT. They were nice the whole time about it. I did find the perfect fit for me. I could not have ask for better customer service. They even went out of there way to offer to send their courtesy shuttle to pick me up if I ever needed a ride from a treatment. When they say they support their hometown they really mean it. I would not ever hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I would give you one star but the girl at the desk was nice to my daughter. We Found a F150 online and called the dealership and spoke to a salesman and was given a price to tell the bank, salesman said they would pull the truck from the other lot and bring it to JCF. Gave everything to the bank loan was approved and everything was a go, called the dealership and was told they sold the truck. So me and my wife went to the dealership and looked at another after they sold that one out from under me, we looked at the other truck and told the salesman we were working with a bank and needed a deal sheet to give to them. Salesman said they could do that in house and sent two applications on the same truck. Not to mention I already had one in for the other truck so now to the bank it looks like two trucks and three loans, so they also send out for other banks now our credit is pulled 6 more times. Salesman calls and stated the bank denied us bring the truck back they had a buyer however I called the bank which they said they hadn’t submitted for the 2nd truck yet until the mess the dealer created was cleared up, called the Sales manager and was told to hang on to the truck, next day same thing waiting on the bank and get a text so and so talked to the bank and your not approved bring the truck back I have a buyer waiting. I won’t lie I’m mad, I’ve not heard a word from the bank and I’ve had one truck sold out from under us and looks like another is going to be the same way! I messaged back and told the salesman that the bank hasn’t even called me and told me anything way or another. I get another message that says keep the truck overnight bring it back tomorrow after your bank calls…. So wait you want the truck now but just wait? Seriously!! I took the truck back before closing, left the keys inside with a person at the desk and walked out. This place is a BBB nightmare, calling in favors to get loans approved, undercutting buyers, and lies through there teeth to get a sale! I will never grace JCF again with my auto needs!! I would say that I can’t believe a dealership would act like this but WOW it happened to me! Honestly this buying experience has just about ruined me from buying anything local!!!
