Good effort, and good communication. The video of the car was a plu and lots of texts.
Clean, organized and efficient. My representative was friendly and personable. He answered all my questions.
I came to remove my extended warranty from a previous card and add an extended warranty to my new car.
Andrew Montgomery was Very polite and professional. I would have given 5 stars had service been more efficient. I understand that I needed a tire replaced on a Saturday, and the service center may have been a bit understaffed. The gentleman that oversaw my visit was excellent.
