Worst communication ever, told everything would be ready when get there made it sound like credit was being ran then drove an hour not the case told they have to wait until morning it was to late. Told should be done 1st thing. Next day by 11:30 communication called asked what was up was told they would check and call back 1 1/2 hours later called again never checked was told they were "busy". Told them don't bother will take business to a different dealership. It's not hard to call,text or email.

Big, huge shout out to Thomas and Ever! They made the purchasing process easy and made me feel like a part of the family. They went above and beyond to assist me and did everything in their power to make my dream truck a reality. Without their kindness and support throughout this process, I don’t think I would have my Power Wagon. We had already done some homework on-line and found a pickup truck that looked like what we wanted, but it was a couple hundred miles away. When we contacted Columbine about the truck, the salesman, Stan helped us with our questions, and we decided to make the trip to Rifle to look at it. Stan was awesome when we finally arrived, even gave us live directions on our cell phone, when we took the wrong turn in town! He had the truck pulled up front ready for us to look at and drive and told us about all of the extra features it offered. Inside the building, Evan was super friendly and helpful filling out paperwork and explaining many things to us. We would like to express our greatest thanks to Stan & Evan at Columbine for their excellence and patience when working with us, and we would refer them to anyone out there looking for a vehicle!
