Excellent service. Greeted upon arrival. Appointment was a 9am. Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change and I was on my way home by 945am. Josh and team were great!

Friendly, professional, and impressively experienced service staff. It’s easy to schedule a maintenance appointment and they try to be as expedient as possible.
Great experience. No pressure sales with a quick and easy process. We were greeted by the sales professional immediately. Johnny was knowledgeable and accommodating. We drove from Carefree to this dealership for a specific truck. It was in stock, as advertised by the website. This was not the case at other Ford dealerships in the Scottsdale area. I would strongly recommend this dealership to all friends and family.
I have been loyal to Earnhardt because they have been loyal to me. I feel they listen and actually are the quality and care in their service and service people. I like seeing the same faces and the same quality every time. I have enjoyed working with everyone but have really count t seems on Allie S. She get’s me.
