Professional, friendly and knowledgeable . All were genuine with no pressure! Was clean, bright and comfortable.
I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them. Up til now I thought very highly of them. BUT… the AC seat driver side on my 2022 Tremor is loud. I brought it in 2025 and they actually fixed it. But in September 2025 it started to get loud again. This spring 2026 it annoyed me enough that I brought it back. They for some reason replaced the fans on the passenger side that I did NOT complain about. So I brought it back again to have it repaired again…. BUT after I’d dropped it off and left, the service manager called me. I had to ignore it because I was at a Dr appointment. So it went to voice mail. I then got the voice mail message but didn’t listen to it because I WAS WITH MY DR.. So he calls me literally seconds after the voice man and my Dr says yeah maybe you should answer that because they keep calling. I answered to be told there was NOTHING wrong with the Driver AC seats and he seemed VERY Angry to me. I asked if it’s supposed to be that loud then how did they fix it for 3 months last summer? And I told him we have a 2023 Explorer xx, a 2017 F150, 2011 Taurus SHO and NONE OF them are any where as loud as the Tremors driver side AC. He then told me I couldn’t compare other vehicles to it because it’s not the same vehicle. He told Me nothing is wrong with it and they won’t fix it. What is lost in this is the HOSTILITY in his voice. He was basically yelling at me in my opinion so not gonna lie I think I came back with a little anger. We get back to the dealership. We have the truck running and we turn the AC seats on and he says the Driver and Passenger side sound the same. I disagreed strongly and he said his wife has an Explorer and it sounds exactly the same as her Explorer. I said now wait, if my Wife’s Explorer xx, Taurus SHO and 2017 F150 can’t be compared to the 22 Tremor then how come you can say your wife’s sounds just like it? He was NOT very happy with me and was VERY VERY hostile towards me. He told me to go get in the passenger side and said it sounds the same as the driver side. NO IT DOES NOT. The passenger side in my opinion sounds normal like all of my 4 other Fords. I also brought up the fact that they fixed it last May 2015 it was normal till about September. He was very hostile and told me told me “take it somewhere else because we won’t fix the driver AC Seats because nothing is wrong with them” He was VERY hostile towards me and kept wanting me to get in the passenger side of my Tremor and I finally just said, you know what, it’s not worth arguing about and told him I was leaving. I’ve brought all my fords to them for recalls and warranty work. Tell me WHY would I bring anything back to them when the Service Manager, who’s in CHARGE of the service department talk to me like I was stupid and making it all up. If the Manger can talk to customers then how does the other employees behave??? I have dealt with the service representative and I can’t think of how to spell their names but EVERYONE of those Service Rep was ALWAYS very kind and respectful to me. Michelle is one of the nicest reps that I have dealt with. I was not trying to argue but I will say it’s NOT right the way I was talked to. Extremely unprofessional, condescending and tried to belittle me. What’s crazy is my wife thanked him for. And I said it, why the xxxx would you thank him after the way he just talked to us and with that hostility? But my wife is very kind and that’s just who she is. Extremely DISAPPOINTED at my treatment. Why would I bring any of our Fords to them and why would I ever purchase another vehicle from them after being treated like that? On another note, when I went to pick up my Tremor on Saturday, THEY LEFT THEIR POWER TOOLS in my Tremor. I immediately took them back into Michelle. She was very appreciative of me. I am absolutely STUNNED at the level of hostility I received from the service Manager
My brake warning light came on while I was traveling, and I pulled into LaFontaine Ford without an appointment. They got me in immediately, drove me to work, repaired my vehicle quickly, and even delivered my car back to me at work when it was finished. The entire experience was stress-free, professional, and genuinely caring. Outstanding customer service and a team that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Nice drop off facility, write up staff is professional and friendly and keep you updated while you wait. Service is good and videos are helpful. Also waiting area is clean, but could use a few comfortable chairs 😂. Overall great staff and service.
The tech was very polite and explained everything so I could understand it not knowing much bout vehicles
Jessica was extremely helpful in service. And frankly, she is one of the biggest reasons why we keep returning to the dealership for service. She does a great job of accommodating our time schedule and communicating with us.
