Jessica was fantastic throughout the entire experience. From the moment I arrived for registration until my car was fully repaired, she kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to sending text updates, she also took the time to call me personally, which I greatly appreciated. She was friendly, professional, and excellent at her job. She even took care of small details, such as bringing my car out of the lot and personally handing it over to me. Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
I managed the transaction process mostly remotely and came in to close the deal and drive off the lot in 1 hour. Very seamless process.
