Unhappy that the dealership was unable to budge on price and misrepresented the cost on multiple occasions. The employee we signed paperwork with completely flipped his mood and was visible angry at us for refusing to purchase additional warranties/coverages...
Excellent overall experience - Bryan, our sales associate, went above and beyond throughout the whole process - including keeping us informed and sending pictures and video of our vehicle as it was delivered. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process, we received a good deal on our purchase and trade-in, and we are thrilled with our new Toyota.
