Christina Williams, a Service Advisor at Ford of Claremont was amazing. We experienced an issue while out of state and a long way from Christina’s dealership. Christina talked us through some troubleshooting, was arranging for a tow truck and the truck started. Christie helped us find a more convenient dealer to our location. Christina was not only professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, she genuinely expressed concern for us and went above and beyond to help us. They identified the issues quickly, and worked with me on cost parts and labor given the repair was so expensive. We went to the quick tire/ oil center at Ford of Clermont for an oil change and tire rotation. The young gentleman that helped us did an excellent job. He answered the questions we had and was polite as well as helpful. Thank you for being patient and helpful.
