What Others Say
I ordered my Jeep in 2015 for the 2016 Jeep Sahara.Purchasing the Jeep that was exactly what I wanted and needed was fantastic! The service department has been incredible~ they answer my questions, fit me in for service based on my schedule, and getting an oil change is in and out~ no appointment needed.I love the performance of my jeep in all types of weather and terrains.I have received many compliments on my vehicle and recommend Brenner to anyone wanting a dealership that knows their jeeps.A Jeep is not an inexpensive venture and does need to be worked on by the best! A true Jeep driver loves their ride~~ and Brenner loves selling and servicing jeeps.A beautiful relationship.🚙
I dropped off my 2014 Jeep Patriot at Brenner for new front brakes on Friday. I got a call saying it was ready to pick up on Saturday, but since I was out of town I went to pick it up Monday. I got there Monday after work, paid, and went to leave. The car wouldn’t start because of a dead battery. I was then informed by the service attendant that they had to jump my vehicle to get it out of the garage on Saturday... I have no idea how they thought I would be able to leave with what they knew was a dead battery. They said they would keep it overnight again to see what was going on, even though they knew it was just a dead battery. They were open another 2.5 hours, which is plenty of time to change a battery.
I was told I would get a call Tuesday. I never received that call. When I called them, they said they were about to look at it and would call back shortly. That never happened. I called again Wednesday. They said the same thing, someone was about to look at it and they would call me soon. 5 hours later I called them back. They still hadn’t looked at my Jeep but assured me this time that it would be looked at very soon and to expect a call by 5. I didn’t receive a call, so I called them at 530. I was told ‘oh yeah it was just the battery, it should be done in a half hour.’
I then go to pick up my vehicle and get the manager’s phone number (Scott). I called him today to ask him why I received such terrible service and communication, and why they tried to send me on my way with what they knew was a dead battery that they themselves killed. He apologized and said they dropped the ball on their end. Then he proceeded to tell me that the ‘free’ new battery was compensation enough for my troubles. My old factory battery has never died, and I have never had any problems with it before whatsoever. Scott tried to convince me that they didn’t kill the battery, and that it just so happened to die for the first time ever by coincidence after I handed it over to them. He apologized again for their lack of communication but would not take the blame for any wrong doing. After 20 minutes of trying to remedy the situation, I was finally offered 4 oil changes for my trouble.
Honestly after all I just dealt with here, I don’t even know if it’s worth the hassle to go back for the oil changes. I would not recommend Brenner for their service.
I walked into the dealership thinking there was no way I was walking away with a vehicle from there.. Well to my surprise I left today with a new Jeep Renegade Sport..I was a basket of nerves the dealer keep reassuring me to come down he would find something that would work for me.. Thank you Lewis I couldn't be any happier with this whole process..
There will always be the need to service your vehicle, whether it's under warranty or not, the quality of service should be the same. On two separate occasions, I have had service provided by Team Brenner and was pleased on both visits. My inconvenience for a factory recall was accommodated with a rental at no charge and shuttle services for required maintenance on visit number two. I made the mistake of visiting the competition up for MOPAR services and was treated like a number. Being in the customer service field for over 15 years myself, I can assert regardless of the cost of product or service treat every potential client with respect. Team Brenner displayed a work ethic and genuine care for the customer that far exceeded their competitor (whom I will not give free advertisement to).
Thanks, Team Brenner!
My husband and I had narrowed down to two vehicles to purchase. A mistubishi and a jeep compass. I called Brenner on Friday morning and told them I was interested in a Jeep Compass. I told them I had three small kids and would like to make a deal over the phone. I told them what I wanted, what I needed the price to be to walk out the door. They called back in 30 minutes and said they had one on their lot, sent pictures, confirmed the pricing. Since they made this happen and we have previously owned three other Jeeps we decided to go with them. Went in at 7:30 Friday night. They had everything ready for us. The pricing and trade information all lined up with what we spoke about over the phone. Working with Brenner Jeep, James the floor manager and Logan our salesman was an easy, no hassle time. We had visited 7 other lots near where we live ( York) and I was amazed at how little the salespeople new about rebates, pricing and the actual cars. James and Logan knew their vehicles! Thanks for a great experience. We will be back in 4 years when I'm in the market and to buy my daughters first car.
My dealings with Rick have show him to be nothing more than a con man. RIck knowing sell me a 2012 ford feista with major transmission problems and other mechanical issues. Ford sent prior letters out about these issues. that could have put myself and my childern in DANGER.
