EXCELLENT service by everyone at Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. I recently purchased a new ES350 and traded in my old Lexus. From my first contact with Chimgee Shatar (Master Certified Sales Consultant) through my conversations with Ron Fortt (General Manager) to finance paperwork and contracts with Sayed Massoud (Finance Manager) I could not be more satisfied with their service. Chimgee answered all of my calls, texts and emails promptly and accurately. Even though I repeated several questions, she was so patient and kind to continue to answer them and explain the auto features to me. Upon delivery of my immaculate car, she went through the set up and even sent me some videos to watch at a later date. This sales woman is tops!!! We all know there is a lot of important paperwork involved when making an auto purchase and Sayed is efficient and responsive while getting you through all the papers. And guess what, no tricks at the end! Lastly, I would like to thank Ron Fortt as he is definitely the consummate professional.
