I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Reggie was friendly and professional. I ran into some issues with getting my insurance coverage started and they were very patient and reassuring that I wasn't going to lose out on purchasing my vehicle. They stayed in touch and as soon as I got proof of coverage, they were able to get me in to finish up the paperwork and get me out the door with my minivan. I got a message from Reggie the next day, there was some service that they identified as needing done before the vehicle was purchased, but the service order hadn't been completed before I took the car home, so he wanted me to bring it back and they would fix it free of charge. That really showed me the honesty and integrity of this company because I had no idea about this issue and they could have just let me on my way none the wiser. They even came to drop my vehicle off at my work once the work was complete. Best buying process I've ever had, and I will definitely be returning for service and the next time I'm in the market for another car.
