Used car, Cadillac XT4, 2020 and the starter goes on it the day after I took it home. Both my salesperson, and the sales manager were professional, prompt in sending a tow to get it, and getting it fixed. They were also empathetic to my panic. Not something you expect to happen, especially the first full day you have it. But the way they handled this and took care of me, I would send people there without a second thought. Very, very grateful and satisfied. Best customer service ever.
