My experience was horrible I’ve brought the car back 3 times for check engine light my car has been to recon Infiniti dealership all over the place . I made the deal 50 days ago and still haven’t got the car back . Brian was good he did his best on trying to keep me updated sales manager laughed like the situation was funny horrible service overall

We purchased a Nissan from him after my truck was totaled around a year or two ago. A few months after we bought the Nissan one of the rear control arms broke and the wheel cambered out. I had to park the vehicle at my job for 5 months until I could figure out what to do. All this with 70000 miles on it. We took it to a few shops and we were told that the rust damage under the vehicle was so extensive that it was going to cost upwards of 8 to 10 thousand to fix and no one wants to work on it! So now we’re stuck with a vehicle with 72000 miles on it now that we can’t drive! I’m in talks with the loan company now to see if we can get out of it but I’ve never heard of a dealership selling a vehicle with 70000 miles that’s so rusted that it turns into a rusted lemon within 2000 miles. We were in a vulnerable situation being my wife was pregnant and we needed a family vehicle fast. I get it, they needed to get rid of this vehicle and they had a vulnerable young couple in that needed something fast. It’s a shame that we had to be taken advantage of but we learned our lesson. I tried talking to the dealership when it initially happened but I got blown off and basically told it’s not their problem. I hope this is help for other people to please look after any vehicles you buy from this salesmen or this dealership. Luckily I have documentation of all of this so hopefully we can get out of this nightmare and move on to someone who actually can be trusted!
