I go to stoops to purchase a used vehicle. I test drive the vehicle I was interested in. All was good then here goes the salesman saying add ons for a used vehicle. WOW. Etching in the glass 250 dollars etc to identify parts if its stolen, What is it? It's a $18 kit you can buy on Amazon that chemically etches your VIN into your glass if you want to. It takes no skill, and no time to do it. In other words, it's a complete farce to notch a few hundred extra dollars out of the buyer with no effort whatsoever. Then here goes the paint protection, nitrogen in the tires. Nitrogen is free at tire shops Blah blah. Only for an extra 2000. Then your monthly payment is to high to afford. . 1 will not buy a used vehicle with add ons. Just another way for them to get more money from the customer.

Aaron is very efficient as a service writer. Gets me back into the garage quickly and always updates me if there's any issues. I always come in first in the morning so that I can request Joe as my mechanic. Joe does a good job caring for my car. I appreciate his attention to detail.
