Flavio was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. All car salespeople should be more like Flavio. I would not have felt compelled to purchase my car on the day I test drove if I had felt the usual type of pressure from salespeople. Found it odd that I had made an appointment with a different person there, he confirmed to see me that day, then I came and found out it was his off day. I was fortunate to be able to meet with Flavio instead.
