Dealership has had multiple managements but very good Service over my car’s 23 years.
Nissan of the Main Line is one if the nicest service departments around. They are attentive and really work with the customer even from afar!
This is an update from my previous review. purchased a car in February back up camera haven't properly worked since. Literally from the time I pulled off the lot I been having problems with my camera. I left a review they of course called me to "change" the stars of the review that's all they were worried about. They claim to have replaced my camera but guess what it's still not functioning properly. This is ridiculous, it has to be some kind of electrical problem.
8/11/23 I picked my car up from Nissan of the Main Line. They had my car for a week because I got a number of repairs done including 2 new front tires. 8/31/23 while I was driving my front left tire came off! The technician failed to make sure the tire was bolted on tight. I immediately called the dealership & spoke with Mike the service mgr & he sent out a tow company to pick up my vehicle. The police came took a report & sat behind my car until the tow truck came because I was on a very busy road with no shoulder & I was almost hit a few times because it was hard to see my 4 way flash due to the sun. After my car was towed I went to the ER, then had to go back to the ER 2 days later because I was in so much head, neck&back pain. 9/1/23 Nissan bought me a loaner car and when I spoke with Mike & Ted the general mgr they both failed to take accountability for their negligence. Ted actually said when the tire is loose it comes off around 100-150 miles & he tells the customer to pull over & sends a tow truck, so this negligence happens OFTEN. And Ted had the audacity to say children in my neighbor may have loosen the nuts on my tire? I was offended because he only said that because I'm black and live in Chester. Mike & Ted both called me with different scenarios as to what could have cause my tire to come off. Nissan is reluctantly making repairs to my car but won't paint my car, so when I get my car back you will be able to tell which parts are new. When I spoke with Mike about them painting the entire car he was EXTREMELY rude and said your car is 2008 & already had some peeling clear coat. His attitude was as if I did something to him personally. So what I had some peeling clear coat, Nissan should paint my car rather than having me ride around in a 2 toned car. The danger they put my family and myself in is unacceptable. And they're giving me attitude. I could have died, imagine if I was on the express way.
Isaac took my vehicle in for an alignment, on the spot, without an appointment. I was in and out within a half hour. Nice!
Easy and they worked with me on what I wanted. Sales people were great and responsive.
