The Cochran Subaru Service Department in Monroeville is exceptional. I am thankful for the convenience of their express service. Every one of the staff has always greeted me in a genuinely friendly manner and at the same time they are professional and efficient. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and they provide beverages. Before I am called to pay the bill, the mechanic sends a video of the work that was done. The Service Advisor also provides a report that details the status of those items that require routine maintenance and lets me know about things I need to be aware of. I have always left the facility feeling confident that my car is in excellent working condition. I always return because they have always been great!

Only sorry they didn’t give my car a quick wash like usual. At age 76, it’s getting hard to do.

Didn't honor their lease ad that was printed and also on you tube. Ad States 269 A month with just a little over 4000 due at signing. . The payment went to 327 a month which is more than just tax on payment and then they added 1394 to the money due on signing. This is clearly not how the FTC requires a lease to be advertised. The dealer packed the payment with fake fees. I got the advertised deal at another dealership exactly as advertised. I'll never go to Cochran again. My family has 4 cars from cochran and now the 5th and sixth this summer will come from Kenny Ross. Shameful behavior.

Wonderful! We showed up around four on a Friday and they stayed to make sure we could drive away in a new car. They went above and beyond as they knew we had traveled three hours to buy a car.
