I was treated very well during my service appointment. In particular, the service tech who performed/supervised the work on my car, Stefano Rinaldi, took as much time as I needed as he explained the condition of my car. When I was about to leave I mentioned that I wasn't able to connect my new Apple I-Phone to the car. Stefano stopped the paperwork he was working on, came out to my car, and hooked up my phone to the car. It was an incredibly kind and decent thing for him to do.
Easy and uneventful the service is just like it’s supposed be be a calm meeting between old friends.
From the moment we started communicating, Greg, Mac, and especially Ellie made this process seamless. Ellie didn't just sell us a car, she negotiated hard on our behalf, transparent about pricing, and worked tirelessly to get us into the exact vehicle we wanted at a price that made sense. What stood out: Ellie took time to educate us on incentives, warranty options, and dealer add-ons without any pressure. She understood what we were looking for and delivered. When we asked about color swaps, she made it happen. When we had questions about financing, she had answers. The whole crew at IG Burton (Glen Burnie) was welcoming and professional. No games, no bait-and-switch. Just honest, straightforward service. If you're shopping for a Subaru in the Baltimore area, ask for Ellie. You won't regret it. I come to this dealer because they have the finest mechanics. I trust Jeff with my car no matter what is wrong with it.
Purchased Legacy limited edition at this dealership 2005. Only serviced at this dealership! That's 20 years of our families dedication to Subaru and that particular dealership. That should count for something! This current visit I noticed a slight decrease in their customer service. Not the attention to detail I normally see. Perhaps due to the financial state of the country right now. Overall very good service👍
