What Others Say

If I could give lower rating I would. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Cruz. The msrp was 29855. On auto trader and CarGurus it shows list price of 28855. So I expected to get it for the price it was advertised. The sales manager said that price was with 1000 off to finance with Hyundai. This is not true because it did not have an asterisk that said in fine print you had to finance with Hyundai. On the website it said you could get up to 1000 more for your trade if you provided contact information. When I showed the sales lady this email that said I get 1000 more for my trade she said she didn’t really know anything about that. When I mentioned getting college grad Hyundai incentive the sales manager told internet sale guy that it was too much paperwork and I probably would t get it because they didn’t want to have to do the paperwork. That was another 400 off. So I should have got it for 27455 and then a 1000 more for my trade in which was low balled to begin with he offered 25k and kbb fair trade is 26700. So even if I used his 25k it should have been 26k based on their own in-house incentive certificate. But I would have accepted 26500 for my trade. There was nothing but refusal to honor Hyundai incentives and in-house incentives plus their own add price from two different websites. You can see for yourself if you google white Santa Cruz SeL 2023. I couldn’t find my registration card so we didn’t get far in process. I could tell they wanted to go home anyway. After they hurried out of dealership at 505pm I found my registration card. So the 90 mile drive was not what I was promised nor what Hyundai advertised as far as incentives and sale price.

I had an appointment today for a oil change and tire rotation at 1pm. To say the least I pulled out of the parking lot at 2:40pm. After 1.5 hours I ask the service advisor how long does it take for a oil change? She said normally 30 minutes, we booked 2 vehicle's at the same time and we only have one mechanic. Therefore, I said why did you not tell me this when I arrived? I would had left or rescheduled? The answer was I'm sorry. That took 10 dollars off my bill, like that was going to make a difference. I had my 82 year old mom with me whom had an appointment at 3pm, we sit there with no water in the refrigerator. I was going to buy another new car from them. However, not now this was unacceptable, should had never happened!!!!!!

They have had my parents car more then five months! They won't return calls

Your Hyundai service team. From the very start your appointment coordinator was patience and helpful as we booked our vehicle for service. Left me give a little background. We are from Nee Hampshire and my daughter has moved to Danville Va. She has been there several months and this past week we drove her car to her as she has a new job that has training in Smithfield VA. the 2nd day in Virginia the check engine light came on. We called for an appt. The lady who answered was lovely, helpful. She even called the day before to remind us of the appt. this is how it should be!! Our appt was for 930am on a Thursday by 11:30am the service department had called us with an update. Seriously!! A dealership that gets the car in for the appt time its scheduled and calls you with an update and does not make it so you have to call back!!!! :) Many calls back and forth from this anxious mom leaving. Wanting to make sure her daughter will he safe. Every single time we were made to feel like we were the only and most impotent customer at the moment. I am beyond thrilled to have a working relationship with your service department and feel incredibly confident that in the future as my daughter brings it in for service that she and her vehicle will be looked out for. Truly an exceptional experience! How often can we say that about " going to the auto place"... again thank you. I am writing this even why we are on the road back to New Hampshire because it is one of the things that will comfort me in having her be away from us. Thank you again, sincerely Heidi

Larry Davis was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my car. Randy Gatewood was wonderful to work with while processing my pre-approved loan application. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I just wanted to say that while dealing Woodalls Hyundai, my purchase transaction went flawless from the beginning to the end. I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to purchasing cars and i just wanted to say that Reggie Mann, the sales manager and my salesman Patrick Keene were professional and patient right from the beginning. We went 2 states over to buy from this dealership due to the treatment I received over the phone. There were cars closer to us but i felt like i had to make it work at this dealership due to their pricing and professionalism. Thanks again for a great transaction. Will do business again if a vehicle matches.
