Purchased a jeep,Sales guy was a decent fella. They promised me a new full tire spare as its a 4 wheel drive. 30days latter after many calls and texting with sales guy wondering what was the hold up. I get the call saying its here ,so my husband stopes on his way home to pick it up. He gets home and we find its not the right tire has another person's name on it .im not happy at this point at all .I call my sails guy tell him its the wrong tire ask him to have a manager called and still nothing. I guess big companies don't value their customers like they used to. It's been a whole week and crickets no phone call no text message no nothing I work 12-hour shifts in nursing travel with patients it is absolutely imperative that I have a spare tire not a donut on a four-wheel drive a full Tire which is in my paperwork I'm so over this company. And to listen to the sales associate and the parts manager discussing this while I was on the phone and the parts manager being extremely rude to my sales associate was ridiculous I will never shop here again

Recently went to Wyler to look at trading in my current vehicle. I had a great experience working with Mike Sunderman who understood what I was looking for for my next family car. He was able to show different selections in our budget.
I got on KBB to see what the value on my current vehicle is. They have a purchase option and I clicked on it and filled out the information honestly. Within 30 minutes I received an offer from Jeff Wyler. When I brought the car in I was told it would take about 15 minutes, over an hour later I was given an offer that was almost half of what was sent to me. I was hoping that this was one of those rare honest dealerships. It is not.
Whatever you do, stay far, far away! Not only are the prices way overpriced the customer service is the worst in car sales. They will try to sell you a vehicle that has issues and then not want to help you when it needs to be fixed. I only had my car for a week, and they wanted nothing to do with me or help me fix the issue.
First of all I had to contact Chrysler due to the dealership not willing to help with anything on my vehicle. My brand new van had been at this dealership for over 6 weeks to fix issues that had been going on since I first got my van. I was informed they had driven my van multiple times to try to replicate the issues yet when when I picked up my vehicle it had only been driven 8miles in those entire 6 weeks. Jason was who I was in contact at the dealership and he was helpful until when I had to come pick up my van he was very disrespectful. He was upset he wasn’t getting paid yet I paid over $40,000 for a brand new vehicle that was in the shop already at low mileage. I am very disappointed in this dealership and the professionalism not. shown
