Amazing Experience! Ryan Green is the absolute best sales associate! Extremely impressed with my car buying experience yesterday. Have had nothing but issues with these guys! An oil change average is 2-3 hours, with appointment. Been 2 hours for one tire change!! Kia changes the oil on two cars we own in less than 45 minutes. What's up Toyota?!?!?
I shopped several dealerships to find my 2023 cavalry blue Camry se and at 1 dealership it was wait and see what come in. at a Asheville NC dealership a sale was lost because they stacked 3000 dollars on the price and the finance was 8.75 which was 2.75 per internet ad. then I found Toyota of Bristol tn. in less than 10 minutes of telling my sales person of what I wanted it was found.. we worked out the numbers and looked at all the numbers. then I accepted the deal .Hats off to the sales manager with not only working with me but also his sales professional to insure a sale. as I am writing this review I literally got a call from Toyota of Ashville to which I told them to go F!@# THEMSELVES and quit calling me!!! do yourselves a favor and make the trip to Toyota of Bristol... Folks I am the real deal ..I dont play games and neither will Toyota of Bristol. If you want to deal with someone you can trust then go to Toyota of Bristol. On a footnote their service department is a joke but folks do you want a good deal on your purchase or do you want me to blow a bunch of smoke up your a@#.. the sales department is phenomenal the sales manager is the best I have ever dealt with. I can say that because I am not a sucker!!!! Honesty Trust and commitment drive this dealership!! I am very much looking forward to the day I upgrade to the next generation of Camry.
We had a tire problem while traveling cross country in Bristol TN. Pulled off the highway at 5:45 PM and happened to notice the bay doors open at Toyota of Bristol. Walked in and asked the Service advisor Andy Mountcastle if they could help. They had my tire patched and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. What a top notch professional and friendly service team. I wish there was a dealership in Massachusetts as great as Toyota of Bristol. I highly recommend them.
We're been dealing with this dealership for years and the sales personnel is great.
This place is a joke!!! We bought a certified used car back in 2019. It took 3 months to get a key fob that we were promised and finally took us going off to get it. Then when I traded that car, I asked for the GAP Insurance refund that the new dealer told me to do. I asked for this back on April 30th and was told 4-6 weeks. I emailed again on June 22nd and 28th and Matt Cruise refuses to respond. I have called and every time I do, he is ironically in a meeting. I asked to speak to his supervisor today and was put on hold and eventually hung up on. This is no way to do business and I hope no one EVER has to deal with this joke of a company in the future. YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!
