Had an appointment for 830 this morning for service repair. Had two or three prefab text message from service and mechanic. No responses from either when I asked how long it's going to be. Or how extensive the repair. There working up to a bad review it's been almost 6 hours

The dealer rep claimed that he could not "see" the question posed through the website. All he could tell is that I was looking. If that's the case, do not allow me to type in a question. Other than that, he's been reasonably helpful.

I don't think charging 20% for "shop supplies" is fair. Especially on a simple reprogramming of a key remote.
