Such nice staff, great service! and they are helpful and will ask if we need anything done extra. The people in the service department are very nice and ask if we need anything else. I will always go to Jeff Schmitt for a new or used car.

Bad service. Insulted, never called back after was told. Got car back with damaged wheel and they denied doing it. And wanted me to pay half of cost to get it fixed when it happened while In there possession. Them not paying for damage on car that would have cost them $150 will stop me from spending 1,000s of dollars there in the future like I have in the past

Service department is a joke! They tried to scam me out of $100 before they would even look at the two problems I brought it in for under warranty. Manager Chuck made the problem worse rather than better when he got involved. Go elsewhere to have your vehicle serviced.
