My wife and I went back to Garland Nissan for the second time because our first experience there was really good. However, after this last time we will never buy from them again. First off, my wife was upside down on a 2013 Murano and wanted to lower her payments, we printed an online a-offer for a 2015 Altima which had $4800 in total rebates which would have negated all but $200 of the Murano. Everything was looking good, they price and payments and unfortunately my wife signed the contract before I could get in there. So even though they said she would get the car for about $24000 which was basically the sticker price after rebates and her upside down Murano with a lower payment. However, after she signed the contract is when she realized they had only given her $1500 in rebates. Unfortunately she didn't really read the contract or it was explained to her in a way that she would like. Either way, they verbally gave her the great deal, and on paper they screwed her into paying over $27000 for a $24000 car by not honoring the rebate they offered. They did give her a good price on the Murano, but the rebates is why we were there, and the rebates are where they scammed her. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. They are out to scam anyone, even repeat customers because they care more about the money than they do relationships or repeat customers.
We had a deal made to purchase a vehicle last Saturday with the condition to trade in 2 vehicles as down payment. The deal was approved by the manager working that day. They asked to hold the deal until February hit. So here we are today, one week later. Rented a truck, rented a trailer. Spent time and money to get these vehicle to the Garland Nissan lot. Got there. Asked our dealer where to drop our first vehicle. He went to ask the manager. But then the manager working that is a different manager & refused to honor the deal made previously & refused to leave his office to talk to my husband & I. Our dealer tried to get the manager to come out. But still the manager refused. So now we're screwed on this deal. Last Saturday, this dealership told us to make sure no one else ran our credit. So now we're screwed on getting a newer safer vehicle & we can't have another dealership run our credit to get approved somewhere else because we only had this one shot. Never in my life have I ever had a dealership screw us out of a deal. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place. The only good thing about Garland Nissan is our dealer we were working with. His name is Joe. He did everything he could for us. The problem is with the manager who was working today.
I puchase a vechical with As is...however I purchased the vechical in the winter season. After purchasing the vechical, I find out that this 2010 Kia Forte didn't even come with Ac. I'm not talking about it not working, I mean IT doesn't have a compressor under the hood. But they did point out the nluetooth, USB port, cd, controls on the steering wheel but failed to mention the missing Snowflake button. Also, the customer service after the purchase is horrible. I called 12 times in one day and no one returned my call, mail boxes were full and no live manager or floor sales person to answer some simple queations. Oh and they register the vechical in a different state then where the vechical is housed. What a horrible experience. Will never purchase again from Garland!
They mailed out "Money Carlo" match to win tricking folks into believing they had won $5000. I went to get my wife's car serviced and observed many elderly people along with many more from various age groups show up to claim their prize. It was a trick to get them in but no place in the mailings could I find where they stated it was a "chance" to win. False advertising and the local government should look into this and protect people from this dealership. Those elderly folks could barely get around and had no intention of buying a new car. Shame on you Garland Nissan!! I won't even give you my service business anymore.
I found one of the most helpful, intelligent, knowledgable, mannered salesman that I have ever dealt with at any dealership i've ever been to and since I am a professional my travels and car experiences are extensive. His name is Ray Morrison. If your looking for honesty and you want to be treated with respect look this salesman up. Due unexpected circumstances I had to put off buying but as soon as I return from my travels I will be headed to Garland Nissan to find Ray. He was a true pleasure to deal with.
I bought a Nissan from Garland Nissan in the summer of 2015. My temporary tags for the car expired two months after I got the car. I started calling the dealership 9 days before my tags expired. I couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one would return my calls when I left a message. I finally went to the dealership 6 days before the expiration date. I was told that it was not going to be taken care of until the day before they expired and that they could overnight them to me if I couldn't come get them. They never came. The day after I my tags expired I called the dealership and was told that it had not been taken care of yet! They then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a new county sticker for the county I live in until my tags were renewed and that I couldn't renew until November at the earliest. I called the local Clerks office and was told that I could renew the tags and get a new county sticker any time I wished. The dealership wouldn't let me take care of the tags, title and registration myself. The county clerk informed me that it was in my right to take care it if I wanted too; which was the opposite of what I was told by the dealership. I lost $457.00 due to a document preparation fee because they insisted on taking care of it themselves. This has caused Garland Nissan to loose a customer.
