Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. Prior VW autos we owned over decades were convertible beetle, square backs and Passat. Having work done on our vehicles over many years and I can say the service manager, Jeff at Gilbert VW dealership is very good with us every time. Trust and confidence is huge these days and we feel like Jeff takes great care of us each time. He always greets us with a warm welcome, makes our vehicles a priority, and has an excellent understanding of what the cars need and how to get the job done right. During my recent visit for a tire pressure check, Jeff thoroughly reviewed the vehicle and identified that an oil change was coming up and recommended servicing the transmission fluids as well. At the last minute, he also managed to order, deliver, and replace a couple of tires- going above and beyond once again! After the service, the car drove like new and handled a well over 2,000-mile road trip flawlessly with zero issues.
