We were again down in the Valley this weekend for my wife’s birthday and stopped by Coulter Cadillac Phoenix to ask (again) a couple of questions regarding which button/toggle does what. Even after a week we were greeted by name as we entered, and our Salesman, Andrew Emerson, actually took 1-1/2 hrs to sit in the car with us rehashing all the many operational details. This after having done it a week prior. This additional time that Andrew took with us I refer to as “value added service”, and we are very grateful that Coulter places this value on their post sales & customer care.
