We worked with Darrel Hunter and got Lexus RX350 premium plus 2026. He was excellent: very respectful, polite, professional, straight to the point. He did not play usual dealer games with additional packages, unnecessary staff, financing, trade in. Darrel really wanted us to get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. I would gladly send my friends to him and would definitely recommend him to my family members. After we completed the transaction, Darrel Hunter patiently explained us all the new features of our Lexus. The only real issue with had with Lexus insurance people. They demanded us to wait about one hour to deal with their agent: this was idiotic approach and waste of our time. We finally called our agent and got the insurance for the Lexus on our own. Don’t waste your time dealing with Lexus of North Miami insurance.
Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. Ronnie explained the new process regarding loaner vehicles thoroughly.
The dealership was fantastic! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely visit this dealership for my next service appointment.
