Happily, Brad, who I spoke to on the phone had the car parked out front and ready for my husband and I to see it. We appreciated not being hovered over, pressured, or spoken down to, When we had a question, Brad knew the answer. When we test drove the car, he was patient and respectful. When we sat down to talk about making a purchase, Brad presented us with all the incentives & options available and with some minor give-and-take, we purchased a car. My wife and I recently bought a pre-owned Telluride from Kirby Kia. It's our second car from Kirby, we previously owned a Kia Niro. The Niro was purchased in much better financial times for us.
