What Others Say

I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Ronnie in March 2015. A few days after I bought my car my service engine light came on. A few weeks later, my oil light came on. I put oil in and continued on my way. A WEEK LATER I had low oil again!!! My car that at this point was only a month old in my possession was burning oil. When I return to confront him about it, he was a total jerk and didn't see a problem! I took it to get fixed because it became an engine problem, the guy then told me that it was BEYOND REPAIR!!!!! Crap like that doesn't happen in a month! I'm so frustrated with him and his business! unless you want to shell out money for your car, and then turn around and shell out more for repairs, I suggest finding someone else!

I bought a used car from this dealership in March 2011. My initial dealings with the salesman, Ronnie, were very pleasant; at that point, I would have given the dealership all 5s in the above ratings. The problems began the day after I bought the car. I took it to my mechanic for him to inspect. He discovered three moderate oil leaks that would cost $850 to repair. They could not have possibly popped up in the two days I had been driving the car; the leaks had to have been there since before I bought it. The next day I drove back to the dealership. It was closed while Ronnie was on vacation, but I was able to reach him on his cell phone. During the call he expressed reluctance to fix the leaks, but told me to come back the following Tuesday to return the car and get a refund. I returned on Tuesday and, again, asked Ronnie to fix the leaks. He looked the engine over and, of course, found no problems. He offered to fix the smallest, cheapest problem and "check" the other leaks. I could tell from his demeanor that he had no intention of fixing them, and became even more suspicious when he said it would take a few days to check them. My mechanic discovered them over the course of a two-hour inspection. At this point I asked Ronnie to refund my money. He refused. Fed up, I left while Ronnie and his father yelled and cursed, then stormed inside. I should not have to pay $850 to repair problems that were present when Ronnie sold me the car. I would recommend avoiding Jack Hedrick Auto Sales, or at least thoroughly checking, and having repaired, their vehicles before purchasing them.
