I was looking to move to a new Ford Edge and my salesman at Zeigler in Lowell, Bill Meier was outstanding. He let me know about current rebates, and keep me up to speed on when they found my vehicle of choice. I have purchased 5 trucks and now a new SUV from Bill Meier. Always happy with Zeigler Lowell for all my service needs too.
We were out of state when looking at a new Ford F150. We made an inquiry to Zeigler Ford in Lowell. Bill Meier reached out to us and we ended up making a deal over the phone. After a few rough and stressful months with my vehicle and some issues I could no longer keep up with, I finally decided it was time to start looking for a new vehicle. My used vehicle hunt lead me to Zeigler Ford over in Lowell. Called ahead to inquire about a vehicle I wanted to take a look at, and it was pulled around and parked out front, ready to look at when I pulled into the lot about twenty minutes later! 1 year ago I bought a Maverick. I loved it for 17k miles. I ordered a 2024 Maverick, this time with all the bells and whistles. I was prepared to wait one year. Then Chris Cisler, my dealer rep, called with exciting news. 2 days later I was the happy owner of a 2024 Maverick. Chris had a truck come in, called me described it, sent pictures, and I was there. I drove away with it the next day. I can't tell you enough about how pleased I am with this truck. It has heated everything and electric everything, and the amazing Black performance package. It looks great, very cool, and bad xxx! Chris is fun to work with, knew the answers to all my questions, guided me through the process. The whole crew was happy for me. BTW, I had all my service done on the '23 at Zeigler. the service department people are great.
Best car buying experience to date. Bill M. did a great job explaining the cars features to me and answering questions. Even helped me set up the Ford pass app and connect it to my new car! They also delivered my vehicle to me...an hour and fifteen minutes south of them!
