Took my car in bc of check engine light and they told me they don't have the tools to work on a Hyundai and handed me a broke off screw and told me to be careful driving the car and I should go to an actual Hyundai dealership with the possibility of my high pressure fuel pump barley hanging on. I even bought the piece of crap car from them!!! Worst dealership ever!!!!!

Chris in service is the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. Fix that.

I call to have a thermostat replaced. Mayes scheduled me and didn't have a thermostat. Sat in the waiting room 2 hours and then told no part, so rescheduled. The service manager was ready to tell me the cost then I stated that warranty covers this. It did. I think they are crooks!
