What Others Say

The Cooper Certified really doesn't mean much. Told them that the vehicle was pulling to the right at purchase and wanted that fixed. Very concerned with safety with my kids. They did a front end alignment. 2 weeks latee it's still pulling to the right and then rear brakes were grinding. Took it back, they said the brake pads were at a 3. (Though the said the vehicle had a full inspection) They would not repair, but if I waited until the extra purchased warranty kicked in I could just pay the $100 deductible. Waited and wated over a month. Called several times, no warranty showing under the Vin. Finslly drove to dealership and requested in person to investigat what is going on. Asked about the brakes getting worse, what if it goes into the rotars. Low and behold finally they verified the warranty took. The vehicle in for the brake pads and now they say it's in the rotats and they need replaced at my cost. Not to mention its still pulling to the right as well and now they say I need 4 new tires, but 30 days ago the tires were all in good shape. They said right front was really worn, but still looked like it had good tread. I asked if they could be rotated. They said no, I needed 4 new tires. I had a local service station check my tires and they showed me that the right front was worn and starting to seperate and had a bubble on it. But the others were fine as a matter of fact they said the left front looked like a fairly new tire. Needless to say, do Not trust the service department. Now I wonder if the rotars really needed replaced, at this point. Never again!!

Service department is a joke. Worst customer service I have ever had. And they tried to charge $200 more than the quoted price. 45 minutes later I finally got out. What a nightmare. Avoid it all costs.

This is my second review, I still don't have my Challenger that they've had in their shop now since November 17th the first time and I never receive any information on what's wrong with it. I bought it September 23rd and it had an electrical issue and when I CALL THEM, I keep getting they're waiting on a part. It doesn't take two months to get a part on any car. I had to replace the battery because of the issue draining it at my expense and they can't do their job and fix the car. I'm making monthly payments plus insurance on a vehicle I can't drive and is in their possession. Probably setting in their lot and no one is fixing the problem or working on it. I would never buy a car from this dealership again that can't make an effort to contact their customers. But they don't care they got their money!! Jackie Cooper didn't do business like this and he took care of his customers.

The most non communicating ordeal I have ever been through. Can’t get in touch with anyone in charge. The worst car buying experience ever!!!! Financing manager was great. They sent my brand new keep for tiny in comes back broken. Said they would bring me a loner … no show. Now the computer is completely off and still can’t get in touch with a manager!!!!! Would have been better of taking the bus

Buyer beware!!! Joe Cooper dealerships are crooks. They will doctor a carfax, add % to the loan to make more money. Add money to the extended warranty, add money to the GAP Insurance. The dealership inflated the purchase price. By the way, they get you to sign an arbitration agreement. Fraud in Oklahoma voids that agreement, and don't be fooled. You will get more money with a civil suit than in arbitration. The arbitrator is in Joe Cooper pocket. What a corruption going on.

Really enjoy my experience with the staff. Only place I'll take my car for service when needed!
