DO NOT GO HERE! It started when the bill was handed to me. I had previously called to discuss what it would cost to change a ABS sensor on the BMW which I was told would be roughly $400. After a longer discussion with the technician, I made the decision to change the remaining 3 sensors as I had previously changed the left rear tire sensor in February with a different provider. When I looked at the bill, I was charged an additional $180 diagnostic charge. I would have been better off going to the previous mechanic as it would have been $150 cheaper. I was also told I would be given a $100 credit as the total bill was pushing $1400 including a brake oil change. I got $85 with no explanation. This whole event felt like a major BAIT AND SWITCH! To add insult to injury, when I left after paying and examined the car, the mechanic somehow caused a major dent to the hood. I was then forced to take the car to an auto body repair and paint shop for two days of work. Foreign Affairs did pay for the $425 repair. This was my first experience with Foreign Affairs and what a dandy one it was! BTW, they let me fend without a car for the weekend as the auto body shop repaired the hood. Accidents happen but I wish they would have worked on the car the same as the shiny red Ferrari setting in the showroom. This should have been my first indication that they were going to get me one way or another.

Took my car in for service, being a young woman that's never an easy thing with typical mechanic shops. Everyone was extremely friendly and honest. Jonathan and Frank were fabulous, upfront with all information and even sent me an email detailing information about my car. I was kept in the loop and informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and completed a huge A/C repair within a couple days! I will never go anywhere else! To top it all off they even cleaned my car! First class service! Don't go anywhere else, So happy!

The Foreign Affairs Auto has a great team of professionals. Honest & courteous with top noch technicians. All customers are important here. Excellent place and wonderful people. Anesh is fabulous. Thank you so much for always keeping my vehicles running amazingly well.

Always take my car to Foreign Affairs, best shop in town. Anesh was incredibly helpful and he answer all my questions, he knows how to take care of the customers. Great service, excellent technicians, my car feels like new again! Thank you.

I highly recommend them!!! I just moved down to Florida from VA and of course our BMW broke down. Being a single mom of 2 right at Christmas it was the worst timing. Jonathan and Frank worked with me and made my life so much easier!! They are a blessing and I could not thank them enough for what they did. It means more than they will ever know! I will for sure bring my car back to their shop anytime it needs something done.
