What Others Say

No pressure and great to work with, Javier was awesome and explained every detail of the process along the way. Definitely recommend them!

I ordered a car back in September of 2023, throughout the entire process my salesman Brexton was nothing short of patient, responsive and helpful.

I visited Fowler Kia Longmont with interest in the EV6 & EV9, we were immediately greeted by Raine, who is a bundle of knowledge in the auto industry. She went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our trade. If you are looking for a new EV (gas) and have interest in the Kia line up, visit Fowler Kia Longmont and ask for Raine, as I said above, she is very knowledgeable and the very essence of wonderful customer service.

They make you feel welcome you are there priority and they do all the leg work amazing dealer ship

Brexton has an innate ability with people. It's something that can't be learned. There's a Kia dealership across the street from my house. Fowler Kia is 43 miles away. The original car I looked at didn't meet my needs, but I had been really impressed with Brexton. He knew where I was at in the decision process, he listened to what I needed, gave me the room I needed - and he kept in contact. He seemed to sense the amount of contact I needed. When the other option I had didn't work either, I decided to come all the way back up to Fowler. I felt much more confident having Brexton involved, especially after dealing with the salesman with the other option. Brexton seems to sense what each customer needs - how much hand holding, decisiveness (not pushiness, but assistance in getting a customer comfortable with actually making a decision), follow up, and openness (friendliness). As I said, this isn't something you can teach. Every person who walks in is different, and the more quickly you can read where they're at, the more likely they are to become a customer. He also has the ability to handle delicate situations extremely well. He educated me on the basics of leasing. I'm 59, he's 25, and I never felt that he was patronizing or judging me on something that's basic to him. He easily could have made me feel inadequate, either intentionally or unintentionally, and never once did. I later went out and educated myself some more, and, of course, I found that he had given me a very accurate and thorough explanation. Finally, I want to mention Brexton's sincerity. I'm not sure I've ever seen actual sincerity in a successful salesperson before. I've seen attempts at authenticity and what people may genuinely believe is sincerity, but he is actually sincere. Based on the way your business seems to operate, I think he'll probably be able to keep that as well. These are all traits I don't expect to see in a sales person. They're traits I wish we saw more often, as I think the industry would sell more cars and customers would be more satisfied if more sales people were like Brexton. I want to be clear, Brexton didn't get this sale by standing back and letting the customer call all of the shots. He read what I needed to feel comfortable - following up with me, not just in text but on the phone, explaining my options while letting me know what he thought up front. I appreciate him not trying to "steer" me, or just leave me alone, but being open and honest with me. There may be customers that want to be left completely alone. I'm sure he'll sense that and do it, but I think there are more customers who need both some level of assistance, and someone they can have confidence in helping them - having both the company's interests as well as the customer's interests at heart. As Brexton pointed out: watching out for the customer gets you more customers. And happier customers. Finally, I want to point out that he obviously likes what he does. As a manager for more years than I want to count, I've found that this makes a big difference in how well someone does their job. I just wanted to mention that Brexton has helped me out with two things since Saturday. He got back to me just as quickly as he had before we finished the sale. This was the best experience I've had buying (or leasing) a car, and Brexton was responsible for most of that.

Muy buen trato del amigo Javier. Excelente persona recomendado al 100 por cierto muchas gracias
