What Others Say

Andrew was wonderful and attentive even on his day off! Jimmy the finance manager looked way younger in person!! Haha he was great!!!!

The customer service is unmatched. Juan is the kindest and most customer service oriented person I have ever encountered. I know once my car is in his care I have nothing to worry about.

Great atmosphere , everyone’s very polite , and knowledgeable , made for a great car buying experience.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Left dealership with no vehicle, I was not informed the vehicle was not at the dealership at the time. A customer of y’all’s was driving the new vehicle as a rental. Gave me a 12% interest rate from a 6.25% was not informed as well and I kept asking the customer service lady. Went back to try to get my vehicle they had already got rid of my license plates to be destroyed. I had to go to the DMV myself to fix the issue since they were not able to & pay for it myself.

I was not given the correct paperwork and sold me service package that the dealership did not make good, they were unable to service my vehicle.

Car was great, but someone had spilled a milk based - chocolate drink on the driver's floor mat. It started reeking with in a day. I was unable to remove the smell even with a pressure washer. I had to throw the mat away. They used a strong perfume to cover it when purchasing the vehicle. Sales was a pain. I had to yell at the salesman to get his attention, to force them from adding a "required" service. I wasn't paying for what they wanted to add on and didn't need.
