This dealership is the epitamony of garbage. Their service department is lacking in quite a few areas. Instead of explaining what the part that needs to be replaced is and what it does the answer is "it reads things and is bad" When asked about tires failing inspection the advisor could not even explain tread depth. No tdi techs and most of the other techs literally have no idea what they are doing. Beware, do not shop or service at this place. I have no idea how they still have a Volkswagen franchise.

I have purchased a few cars from Barry over the years. Have not been back since 06. Found out that Barry was still there and went to ser the new Passat. It was a smooth transaction and a very fair deal. Got more for my trade by far and would recommend to anyone! Thanks Barry
