We went there for an used truck that my husnand fell in love with. They lie about prices,put $2,000.00 in hidden fees besides the dealer fees. Even when we had an aproved deal with our bank the finance guy decides to run our credit 8 more times to offer a 15%.so if you decide to go to miami motorsport.be very carefull. Ahh,two months later we dont have the plate yet!🤢

WALKED OUT WITH A TRUCK THINKING WE WERE APPROVED. I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND EVERYTHING. THEN WAS TOLD LATER THE BANK REJECTED ME AND HAD TO COME BACK (after 45 days). THEY SIGNED ME UP WITH ANOTHER BANK AND THEN ASKED FOR MORE MONEY DOWN. TREMENDO SHOW WHEN WE GOT THERE ASKING FOR THE KEYS LIKE WE WERE GOING TO RUN AWAY WITH THE TRUCK THEY TOOK THE CAR TO THE BACK TELLING US IT NEEDED INSPECTION LOL . . THEY EVEN PROMISED US A NEW BUMPER NEVER HAPPENED AND I'M SURE NEVER WILL.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!

They only want to sale you the car, after that, they do not want to solve nothing regarding the car or know about you, they are liars. It has been the worst experience of my life. I will never buy other car from that people.

After I accepted their asking price (No negotiation), the sales person asked me to deposit $1000 to put a hold on the car I was interested in with an authorization certificate and I did what they said. When I asked them when and what time to visit their dealership, they shocked me by saying this car is SOLD while I have been following up for almost a day and with all empty promises. Talked to 3-4 different people including Diana, oscar(manager) and Matt on this car just to come out empty handed. The concept of HOLD is non existence folks. They could've told me on my first call that the car is not available, instead of wasting my time. I will say this, I will never ever deal with this unprofessional dealership who preaches unethical business practices to deceive honest buyers. I wish there is a law to protect consumers like me from these crooked auto dealers.

Cuando un compra algo que quiere , y que le gusta, siempre es bueno, y hasta ahí seria todo casi común., pero ..................cuando uno ademas es atendido con toda la deferencias y "BUENA ONDA" con la que me atendió JUAN MAUNEL un vendedor de 10 que de 10 de 20, ( lo quiero en mi equipo), y su manager ANDRES, quien acompaño la venta en todo momento, y cuando hablamos de números PABLO ( un experto ), logro acomodar los números, y entre todos incienron posible algo que siempre quise TENER UN PORSCHE, (que además le gustase a mi mujer, que es artista platica y elige sus autos por conceptos estéticos), no me quiero olvidar del asesoramiento mecanizo de VLADIMIR con quien charle sobre la magnifica San Petersburgo, GRACIAS A TODOS SEPAN QUE NO ME OLVIDARE DE ESTE MOMENTO, ... I love this place! This dealership is amazing! I am a first time buyer for a car and was very nervous that I wouldn't get approved. But my dealer, Everette Kerry, made it happen for me! I am young and am really just starting to build my credit, but Everette assured me that wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't! I left same day with my beautiful car and will recommend everyone to come here! They work with you no matter what! Best place ever! Thanks Everette
