On March 30, 2026 I brought my Chevy Silverado in for service on the infotainment center for the third consecutive time for. It has yet to be corrected. It has been reprogrammed three times and its control module has been replaced and now its scheduled for yet a 4th visit to try again. This no reflection on the service teams professionalism but it does raise question about there technical proficiency. This is very frustrating to have to return yet a 4th time for the exact same issue.

Great experience from start to finish. The sales managers and our salesman Nick were very responsive and wonderful to work with.

I have bought multiple vehicles from Haley Chevrolet in Midlothian and have always gotten top service! My most recent purchase was a 2026 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I could not be happier. I was picky with what I wanted in the truck and trim package. Anastasiia Kuzmenko was my Sales Consultant and she did a great job for me. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen and fast! From the sales staff to the service staff and everyone in between I have had a great experience. I have used the service department for years now on past & current vehicles I have bought from Haley and have not had a single problem. They have always answered all of my questions and been upfront and honest. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to Haley sales and service.

Sales, sales manager, and finance were all very low pressure. Worked well for over three weeks to get the deal and vehicle we wanted without blowing our phones up. Went to four other “big named” dealerships who acted like it was a bother to sell a vehicle. Haley Midlo was professional and friendly. We’ll be back when it’s time for that 2500 HD. Do yourself a favor, go see Tarek and let him work his magic!!

Excellent staff; everyone I came into contact with was polite and professional. Traci, who ensured that the car didn't get sold before I arrived, given my two-hour drive, was also patient and courteous, as was Tatiana, our salesperson. Mike, the finance manager, is very efficient. The sales manager, Cole, is awesome. The car hadn't been state-inspected. He informed us he couldn't sell the car unless it had a current inspection, so after the purchase, he had the car inspected and delivered to us two hours away🙂🙂🙂 Thank you so much! This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had ♥️♥️

The customer service is excellent the service people are always curtious and always advise what is taking place throughout the process
