1 very good salesman. Florent Novaj was VERY helpful with after sales support as well as delivery of this used car. The rest are basically worthless. Drove 350 miles to get frustrated. First 2 salespeople were poor at best. Madeline refused to listen to my questions and then argued with me instead of listening! The Service Director, Dale White, ignored and never answered my emails for information on the service record. Also, took 1-1/2 hours to do the paperwork for a CASH deal. If you dare buy from this dealership, be sure to ask for Mr. Florant (Flo) Novaj as he is the only reputable employee there. He will get the job done. Thank Flo!
Absolutely horrible! I brought my car to them with an issue told me it was fixed … it wasn’t. Told them again about the prob and was told that’s all they found and the car was fine. A year later they want to charge me for the prob they never fixed and said their was nothing else they could do … while the car was undef warranty. Now that it’s not it’s now a prob that I need to pay for not to mention it has been completely unsafe to drive. Please never deal with them. I will never buy another Nissan ever again. This is only one prob i experienced there have been multiple issues with a new car that has never been fixed properly
I feel so stupid. Was lured in by a letter offering $11K for trade in on a Nissan Juke we had which has been serviced there at Nissan Yorktown. When we got there the offer dropped to $4500, then down further to $1K. We should have walked out right then but we just wanted to get rid of the Juke so we got into a negotiation and ended up buying a used Subaru for $21K and getting $2K “trade in” for the Juke. Well, today when I thought to check the value of the Subaru we bought it turns out we over paid by about $5K. Nice work, Flo and Nissan Yorktown—you ripped off another customer. Hope you guys can sleep well. Won’t go back to your dealership, that’s for xxxx sure.
I had a preventive maintenance visit today, including a recall notice regarding the key. I arrived at 9:30, the appointed time. At 11:35 I went to the service dept. to find our what was going on. Apparently, my car was ready for quite some time, but the person that checked me in left for some reason and didn’t tell anyone about me. So if I didn’t ask, I’d still be there! Additionally, the fix for the recall has disabled my key from folding into the handle, a real pain. Great friggin’ visit!
UPDATE: They got back to us today to link a VIN with our deposit but we had already just got back from purchasing a new Kia. I inquired about a new 2023 Nissan Versa over the Internet and Claire sent an email saying the vehicle was available and ready to test drive. I then called Claire and made an appointment to go down to the dealership. I confirmed 3 times over the phone that there were actual vehicles on the lot. Claire asked me to hold while she confirmed, and then told me there were 3 Versa SR and 1 Versa S on the lot and ready to test drive. I made the appointment and then was told to ask for Dan once I got down there. As I was ready to leave for the appointment a Jemal calls me from the dealership and tells me that I won’t be meeting with Dan but I’d be meeting with him. Once again I ask for confirmation that there is a Versa to test drive. This time I’m told No by Jemal but he says there are Versa’s in transit and I can put a refundable deposit on one to secure it and then test drive when it arrives and make a decision. So I let my partner know and he calls Jemal back and gives his card info for the deposit and was told he would get the VIN info sent over. David, my partner, doesn’t hear back from Jemal and he calls back several times but gets dropped into voicemail. He then checks his credit card and notices that no down payment was on the card. So basically this dealership just give a big run around and wastes your time.
Stay Away. Have had several issues with this dealer and given them many chances to keep my business but now I'm done. 1st issue - Took my car in as it was making strange noises. Told them I was concerned that it was the CVT. They said they would check it out. Turned out to be the power steering hose. When I went to pick up the car they charged me over 650 to service the CVT. When I ask them why they did this they said this was the only way they can check it to see if it had an issue when they were looking for the cause of the problem. The power steering hose was leaking and why would they continue to service the CVT 2nd issue – Took my car in to have the Rims fixed under the Rim Protection plan I purchased. They gave me a quote of over 700 dollars and told me the Protection plan only covers 90 per rim. I only had light scratches. Took the car to another dealer and they fixed it if NO cost to me under the Service plan??? 3rd issue – Purhdase a used car from them and was charged over 800 dollars for dealer prep. When I was finalizing the price they never told me this. On the day I was picking up the car, I told them the prices seem higher than expected and they explained it only looks that way as there were rebates applied. Given that this was the 4 car I purchased from them I took their word. When I got home and review the bill I notice that I was charged 895 for dear prep to a car that only has 11K miles on it. What a scam. When back and was given a few free oil changes which I trashed. I know anyone reading this must think I was crazy to still use them. I have given them many changes to keep my business but NOW I would not use this dealer if my life depended on it. STAY AWAY Dishonest dealer and service.
