Buyer beware! My sales person Taylor Bayait was great. Helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price. The auto loan through Subaru Chase came with a very low percentage due to my excellent credit history. All of the paperwork was filled out completely and accurately, great experience right? Wrong. Williams Subaru of Sayre forwarded an incorrect Social Security Number on my auto loan to Subaru Chase. For the past two months Williams Subaru of Sayre have been unable to correct THEIR mistake. My calls to the financial customer service office at Subaru Chase have been a catch-22. They are unable to correct the Social Security number even after I spent over an hour and a half getting a copy of my Social Security number and a letter stating my correct Social Security number. This was given to Williams Subaru of Sayre who said they would correct their error. Two months later and Williams Subaru of Sayre and Subaru Chase still have my name and financial information tied to a bogus social security number. They seem unwilling or unable to correct their mistake. All Subaru Chase will tell me is the Social Security number that they have on file from Williams does not match and they cannot correct it. Williams Subaru of Sayre says they have tried to correct it and can’t understand why they can’t correct their mistake. In this day of identity theft my identity has been hijacked through no fault of my own and Williams Subaru of Sayre and Subaru Chase seem to not care enough to correct THEIR mistake. BUYER BEWARE with Williams Subaru of Sayre.

I was involved in deer collison with my 2012 Versa that I was leasing from Nissan. I found a used Dodge that I liked but i had to wait for the insurance Co. to decide wheather they were gong to repair or total my vehicle. I talked to Bill and Brian and they said they would put a hold on the vehicle for me. The insurance Co. finally totaled the Versa and I am now the owner of the Dodge at a fair price and I like it.

I worked with Matt Woodruff in sales to find a new 2012 or 2013 Frontier. He was exceptional in locating the automobiles that were available for both model years. He took the time to listen to what specifically I was looking for including colors and options. He was informative and communicative throughout the process but there was never any high pressure tactics. He took care of everything down to inspections and licensing and all I had to do was sign and drive away. Matt was very through in describing all of the features of my new Frontier and the various incentives offered by Nissan and Williams Auto Group. I would highly recommend Matt Woodruff and the Williams Auto Group to anyone considering a new or used car purchase.

Steve was very helpful in providing information about the Nissan Rogue and was very prompt in returning my my calls and answering questions. He also spent a good amount of time going over the features of the car and explaining how things worked. This was very helpful. Mark made the purchasing part of the process easy and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

This is the third vehicle that i have gotten through williams nissan and i continue to be given good customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness. I will continue to come back.
