Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.
I just purchased a stunning red XT4 and my experience with David was exceptional. He was very responsive in the time leading up to the sale, and made the transaction effortless.
Six months ago I wrote a raving praise for this dealership when I purchased a 2021 XT6. After purchasing a Certified PreOwned Escalade, I can no longer say the same. Shame on us believing we were getting a CPOV. When we got home, we checked and there was only 13% oil life. On the way home we noticed a chip in the windshield. The first time using the rear wiper it made a horrible noise. I now believe purchasing a CPO vehicle is a joke. It means nothing. Our CPOV was picked up on Monday by someone knocking on our door, we were told it was scheduled for Tuesday. Today is now Wednesday and we still do not have the vehicle from service. No one has returned my calls. I called 4 times on Tuesday and was told I would be called back. That did not happen. The VM for reps do not even identify who you are leaving a message for. I was trying to reach Tara and the VM identified a man. A cadillac dealership that does not even stock a wiper arm. I was raised with the notion that if you did not have anything nice to say, do not say anything. However, I feel this must be said. This experience is the worst I have ever had. No cohesive feeling throughout the dealership. Everyone blames a difference department. Sales made the sale and that was the end of it for them.
I've purchased vehicles personally for 55 years and professionally 30 years and this is the worse dealer that I have had the misfortune to deal with ! Sales staff was great, admin. that processed paper was professional, but when you leave ,say good bye --- you're thru! I found an issue with a CPO vehicle a few weeks after purchase. The issue was verified by another Cadillac dealer who notified LLC. I'm now 15 months after notifying LLC , 115 text messages, numerous phone calls (most not returned) promises from " replacement on order, GM gift card in mail, dealer will issue check to cover cost" and the covid excuse as well as waiting on GM rep. Their ad says don't make a mistake, shop the Lake. It should say, don't make a mistake, GO ELSEWHERE !
Cadillac Don was very helpful over the phone when I was trying to reset the mileage for an oil change. It was very confusing and he walked me through it very graciously and we got it done. He showed extreme patience while helping me navigate the system.
Great customer service! When we arrived we were met by Dave , our sales contact. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Very good experience!
