My car needed a part that was back ordered for an indefinite amount of time. Sarah did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my repair and ensured I had a loaner that could fit my family’s needs. Great customer service!
Staff members are friendly, helpful, professional, and thorough. Explanations were clear and all my questions answered. No "hard sell" or pressure to purchase service I did not require or that I could schedule later.

I recently had my 2024 Santa Fe serviced at Team Hyundai, and I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received. My service advisor, Lance, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repairs and was incredibly proactive in arranging a loaner car for me. Although my Santa Fe was in the shop for 48 days, Lance's commitment to customer service made the experience much more manageable. His efforts to ensure I was informed and comfortable during the repair process were greatly appreciated. That said, I do have concerns about the quality of the vehicle itself. It's disappointing that a vehicle with only 1,200 miles on it experienced a transmission failure. No vehicle should have such issues so early on. While my experience at Team Hyundai was excellent, I hope the quality of the Santa Fe improves moving forward. Overall, I appreciate the team at Team Hyundai and their dedication to customer service, particularly Lance. Thank you for your support during this time!
Thier service department has zero communication skills. They performed service without discussing cost beforehand. I would not have agreed to the service if I had known.
