The purpose of this review is not to be mean spirited, but to warn others about purchasing used vehicles from Lithia in Pocatello. I recently bought a 2016 Ford Edge. While on the test drive, I noticed the TPMS light was on. I asked the salesman if he would be willing to fix that if I decided to purchase it. He said no. I was willing to let that go and it ended up costing me $180.00 for new TPS sensors. Still no big deal because I felt like I got a fair deal on the car ($8000), which had 117,000 miles on it. A few days after I purchased the air conditioner compressor went out and it cost me $1500.00 to fix. After making my first payment, we had our first cold morning when I realized the heater didn't work. After fixing the heater ($300.00), the transmission went out (All Tran quoted a $6500.00 repair). I went into Lithia to talk with the manager and he told me lemon laws in Idaho don't apply to used vehicles and he refused to help me further. So my warning to you is DO NOT BUY from this dealership. They obviously don't check out their used vehicles before they sell them and they don't stand behind them in nightmare scenarios such as this. I can't believe they didn't know there were serious issues with this car. I'm guessing they just reset the codes and sent it out the door. VERY upset over this. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from Lithia in Pocatel
What a waste of MY TIME!!!!! After doing the KBB thing online I was contacted by Amanda who assured me that she would be able to beat their price of $7,500 however after driving over an hour to get there I was informed that the only offer they can make was $2,000 what a bunch of pathetic crap I would not recommend to my worst enemy and will never visit them again
I have lived in the area for over two years, and Lithia is the only place I take my 2017 Ram 2500 for service and maintenance. The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to answer my many questions. The customer waiting area is always clean and has water and coffee available. My only complaint is that it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. However, it is worth waiting for an appointment to have their quality and friendly service. I would not take my truck anywhere else.
When I got my car in they quoted me a price, then added extra stuff like filter that they did not add to the quote. They should have called me. However I brought this up and they corrected it. The service was excellent with the oly thing I noticed was a dirt stain on my steering wheel.
The customer service was amazing. I felt very welcomed and happy to be there. They were very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
Great sales team always have treated us right. We have bought over six vehicles through them and plan on buying more.
