What Others Say

Although the wait was 18 months from the order date I finally got my new F350. Ford made many improvements even from my 2021 F350 as ride is much better! Dealership was very helpful in transferring over bedliner, aux tank and air bags which was a real blessing as I was out of town for a month when truck arrived at dealership.

Buyer beware. Back in 2021 I found what I thought was a nice F250 Lariat at keystone Ford so I inquired about it. The truck only had 17,000 miles on it at the time and was in very nice condition. Made a deal and bought the truck using Frank Blood as my salesman. I felt that I was buying at a reputable dealer that wouldn't try to hide things, and not to mention, the same dealer we use at my part time job for buying vehicles through, wrong. Fast forward about 2 years later, I see another truck that catches my eye so I inquire about it. That dealer comes back with a lower trade value than I ever expected so I questioned why. He says do you know that your truck was stolen before? Obviously I didn't and now I'm pissed. This happened twice cause I seen another truck and inquired about it and same exact scenario. I then contact keystone about the issue. I received 2 different replies from the dealership, one stating that should've been brought to my attention at settlement and I replied I can assure you I would've never bought the truck if it was and the second thing I was told by my salesman is we never give out that info, it's on our website. xxx, if it's on your website and so is the price why did I need a salesman, I thought they were there to tell the buyer about the vehicle. I'm then put into contact with the manager Clint Castellar that listens to my issue and seemed very understanding and tells me this should never have happened and he's going to do something to make it right and he'll call me back Monday of the following week. Monday comes around no call, Tuesday comes, no call wednesday I make 2 calls back and leave a message and get no call back (wow you're doing great at helping the situation). I then send an email after another 2-3 days of no reply I send a semi nasty email asking for a reply. I get some xx reply that they are looking but not having any luck at finding anything. Fast forward 4 months later still waiting and can't even get a reply by email. Terrible customer service when they're the ones that "assured" me they understood and were going to do something. I don't like to let bad reviews but when someone says they'll help then can't even have the decency to reply to emails or phone calls because they know they did wrong, it's highly frustrating.

Dealership was a pleasure to work with as always. They have a professional staff that's willing to work with you on whatever your needs. Frank and Blair made the process as easy as can be.

your used car manager does not need to be interacting with customers he is not a people person he also gave me a hard time over my insurance card which was not warrantied frank on the other hand is personable and has great insight into ford products if not for frank would have walked away from purchase would only recommend this dealership to see frank blood

We had a great experience purchasing an awesome truck at Keystone Ford. Blair, MJ and the Ford Motor Corp. made the experience enjoyable. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. Without a Ford dealership in our town, we had to look elsewhere, and I'm glad we chose Keystone.

The service department is horrible. I made an appointment online and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told that the online system is balky and to not use it because they have to decipher everything and it doesn’t take into consideration lunch hours. Then, I was sent to Richard because I had a Fleet vehicle. He said they don’t do fleet vehicles with online appointments but he could squeeze me in later in the afternoon. I had an 11:30 appointment It isn’t that they really screwed me but they were really rude in going about their business. Richard should be fired. I purchased a car there a year ago and have been bringing my fleet vehicle with no problems in the past. Keystone. You have lost all my future business.
