What Others Say

Best experience ever. Love my car and love the dealership. Keep the good work going guys.

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for $25,000.00 on November 29, 2023, from Darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marlow Heights. It cut off 2 times for no reason while driving. I took it into the service department on December 16, 2023 they could not find anything wrong with it, I took it in on December 18, 2023 I was told it was a relay switch whatever that is. I was given a rental for 2 days. It was supposed to be fixed. I took it back again on December 26, 2023 because the same thing happened again. So I traded it in because the same thing happened again. The salesman Dwayne C. Henry told me the transmission was going out, several times during that visit. I didn't get the full amount of money that I paid for the Jeep that I paid & I had to pay $10,973.70 more for a 2021 Chrysler 300. Women beware I highly recommend you find another dealership.

We bought our 2nd car from them. Both of them are Jeeps and both were the Certified cars. Our salesman and the sales manager (Derek) were super nice. We will go back next time we need another one. A bit far, but worth the drive from Virginia.

I'll start by saying we worked with James Payne and he was very kind and patient with us, and out of anyone else we worked with at this dealership, he had great customer service. Otherwise, this dealership was disappointing. I personally hate the numbers game and negotiations are always awkward, but the experience here just felt worse and really killed the whole exciting part about getting a new car. Once the deal was underway, little things kept coming up that turned out were slightly different from what we were made to understand. This was in no way James fault, and instead a reflection of the management team. We asked about the warranty and there was a discrepancy between what we assumed and James initially agreed with us, versus what we actually saw in the warranty packet provided to us. Ok, fine, we dropped it, still a decent warranty. After a long day at the dealership, what really made all of us lose it was the fact that it was never disclosed that we only got ONE FOB with the car, not two. We had even asked earlier where the FOBSSSS (emphasis on the PLURAL) were, and James never mentioned "Oh, this is the only one, sometimes cars only come with one". Again, not his fault, 100% blaming this on his management team. He still was not aware that this was an issue until one of the "managers" (I'm writing in quotes because if he was a manager at this dealership, he had a REALLY POOR way of showing it) and then goes on to explain that the car only came with one FOB, it's not always standard cars come with two, blah blah blah, and was very unapologetic about it despite seeing how agitated we were at this point for not being informed about it UPFRONT. Instead of handling it in a respective manner, he proceeded to throw in our face that we got a "great deal" on the car and that he is "losing money on the deal". I'm sorry, but as a customer, how is that our problem? He's apparently been in the business for 19 years but I guess has never been taught that the customer is always right. Instead of just taking ownership and agreeing that we absolutely should've been made aware that this car only came with ONE FOB, he just wanted to fight us on it and make it a point that we are still getting a great deal. Absolutely not how you do business. For the record, this dealership has still not made it right with us and refuses to provide us a second FOB, and instead has made it our responsibility now to get another one. Absolutely absurd and in my experience with all the car buying I've done and seen, I've never had to do this. I will 1000% not be recommending this dealership to anyone, unless they want to be really pissed off when they buy a car, instead of being excited about it.

I must express my disappointment not only with the extended delay but also with the manner in which this situation was handled. The representative I spoke with exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which was disheartening. As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive the service I have paid for and expect, especially considering that my vehicle is not even three years old and should not be experiencing such issues. My car was there for 2 weeks to get a battery change.
